Rob focuses his practice in all aspects of businesses, including but not limited to: determining a business’ proper structure, drafting all types of contracts, purchasing and selling all or part of a business, renegotiating debts, bankruptcies or representing businesses and their principals and plaintiffs or defendants in all types of business litigation.
Luke Sampson joined Bovarnick and Associates in 2006 to oversee operations. In Spring of 2011, Luke graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. While in law school, Luke focused on corporate, commercial, and bankruptcy law, which enabled him to provide immediate and ongoing value to the Firm. Luke’s practice focuses on a range of corporate matters, including but not limited to contracts, incorporation, transactions, and business bankruptcies.
Randy focuses her practice in all aspects of estate, trust, tax, and business succession planning including, but not limited to Special Needs Planning, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Finance and Health Care, Charitable Trusts, Qualified Personal Residence Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Tax Planning Strategies, Business Succession Planning, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Will Contests, Asset Protection Planning, and IRS Disputes.
